Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all services require advance payment before work begins. We accept multiple secure payment methods, including major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
Projects may be paused until the required payment has been received.
Your story always belongs to you. Once your project has been paid in full, you retain full ownership and copyright of your manuscript and all original materials created specifically for your project.
Hamford Publishing does not claim ownership of your book or intellectual property.
Any licensed fonts, stock images, or third-party materials used during the project remain subject to their original licensing terms.
To ensure the best possible results, we ask our clients to:
Delays in providing information or approvals may affect the agreed delivery schedule.
Hamford Publishing cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client.
Your satisfaction is important to us. Each service package includes revisions as outlined in its individual package description.
Revision requests should generally be submitted within 5 to 10 days after the project status changes to Waiting for Customer Approval.
Revisions are intended to ensure that the final deliverable matches the original project requirements. Requests outside the original scope may require additional charges.
Because all completed manuscripts are delivered in editable Word format, clients are free to make additional personal edits after project completion.
Due to the customized nature of our services, completed digital work cannot be returned. If the delivered work does not meet the agreed project requirements, our team will carefully review the project and, where appropriate, revise or recreate the work at no additional cost.
At Hamford Publishing, we believe in treating every client fairly. Refund requests are reviewed individually, and our team will always work to resolve concerns before considering a refund.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–15 business days through the original payment method.
A processing fee of USD $250 or 5% of the total order value (whichever is greater) applies to approved refunds.
Once work has commenced, resources have been allocated to your project. If revisions have already been provided, partial refunds may be considered depending on the stage of completion and work performed.
If the delivered work differs significantly from the documented project requirements, we will first provide revisions and additional quality review.
Only if we are unable to resolve the issue after reasonable revision opportunities may a mutually agreed partial refund be considered.
If Hamford Publishing fails to deliver within the agreed timeframe due solely to our responsibility, and after reasonable communication attempts, refund requests may be reviewed based on the specific circumstances.
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of the initial project delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
